Access the answers through each page:
Firstly I would check the clients Workers & Pages page, to make sure the worker is properly created. Then refer the client to the documentation for worker.dev and its configuration. After that, advise him to use the Wrangler CLI as editing the script will not automatically sync with the dashboard.
